Valuations for Tax Year 2008 have been approved by the Ohio Department of Tax Equalization; and, by statute, valuation disputes must now be handled by the Board of Revision. If you believe your 2008 appraised value does not reflect what your property might sell for, you may file an appeal with the Clermont County Board of Revision. The form is available on our web site or we can mail it to you. The filing period for complaints is January 1st - March 31st, 2009, we are setting appointments to assist property owners in the appeal process. Please contact our office at (513) 732-7150 to arrange an appointment or for additional information. Appointments are available Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
