I would like to welcome you to the website for the City of Warwick's Tax Assessor's Office.

The citywide property revaluation is now underway. This is a state-mandated project, which requires a full revaluation to determine the fair market value of all property located in the City of Warwick. In the coming months, representatives from Tyler Technologies/CLT will begin inspecting all properties within the city. These individuals will have photo identification badges, and will ask permission to inspect the interior of your home, take exterior measurements and ask questions about your property. This site offers a variety of information, including the most up-to-date data relating to any residential or commercial property within the city. There is also information about tax rates, how the Assessor's Office operates and how to contact its staff. You will also be able to access GIS maps of any parcel, including its surrounding area.
