| Residential Photos And Sketches To Be Removed |
| Effective 09/01/2005, in accordance with Texas Senate Bill 541 as passed by the Texas Legislature, information in appraisal records may not be posted on the internet if the information is a photograph, sketch, or floor plan of an improvement to real property that is designed primarily for use as a human residence. Photographs and building footprints of residential property will still be available for viewing by the public at the Appraisal District during normal business hours. |
